When it comes to customer/client interactions, a design has to make sense.
I mean who doesn’t love searching for the save button, or a particular application setting. Inconsistency is fun, no? Over time, you would learn where everything was, and would be able to have everything set up to your liking, of course, until something gets updated. At that point you get to begin the search all over again.
Now I would be lying if I said we didn’t compare ourselves to the other scheduling solutions out there; starting with their pricing, then their features, support, and ultimately their design. A lot of our competitors look quite nice, that is, until you actually try to use their product.
Our goal is to keep things simple, and intuitive. Pair that, with the great feedback we keep getting from existing, and new clients about how easy our system is to use, means we are definitely on the right track.
