Denise Willett

VP of Sales

Denise has over 20 years of experience in B2B enterprise technology and SaaS. Leading teams across Sales, Implementation and Customer Success, she brings a customer-centric and long-term partnership approach to every role.

Her experience includes working for large organizations such as IBM and high growth start-up’s in HR tech (Achievers) and FinTech (Nest Wealth). Career highlights include building an international expansion (EMEA) from scratch and being a part of several successful exits.

Denise believes that highly engaged teams drive real business results (a decade of HR technology experience helped to instill this). She is passionate about bringing an employee-first mindset, combined with a client-driven philosophy to Coconut.

How do you enjoy spending your time when you’re not at work?

I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 10 year old daughter. Ideally we are traveling and seeing new sights. I’ve also recently become pickleball obsessed and played my first ever charity tournament.
