Alkami + Coconut is an in-app scheduling integration for digital banking that lets members book appointments without leaving the Alkami experience. Coconut is embedded natively and can pre-fill member details, making it easier to move from digital engagement to human conversation.
How it works
Coconut’s booking flow appears inside the Alkami session as a native iframe, with no redirect or re-login. Member details like first name, last name, email, and phone are passed from Alkami into the booking flow, so members can quickly choose the service, advisor, time, and channel, while the appointment is tracked back to Alkami in Coconut’s analytics.
