It helps financial institutions turn member intent inside online or mobile banking into booked conversations without sending members out of the platform.
How it works
When a member clicks to book an appointment inside the Candescent experience, a secure SAML handoff passes their identity and context into Coconut. The booking flow opens within the session, pre-fills details automatically, and lets the member choose the service, advisor, time, and channel, while tagging the appointment back to Candescent in analytics.
