Staff log into Coconut through Okta — nothing new to remember.
What it is
Coconut supports Okta as an identity provider for SSO — FIs that manage workforce identity in Okta can authenticate staff into Coconut using existing Okta credentials and group structures.
How it works
Standard SAML SSO/IdP handoff. Coconut maps Okta identity attributes to staff access and Staff Groups. No separate password, no separate user management. Multi-LOB configurations may require multiple IdP records for complex org structures.
Best fit for
FIs whose IT team manages staff identity through Okta and wants Coconut to fit into that centralized identity stack.
