We care about the well-being of our people. That’s why we’ve implemented Cabana Days—our version of a 4-day work week.
How does it work? We work regular business hours Monday to Thursday. Then, we’re encouraged to take Fridays off to rest, recharge, and do the things that make us happy—all without any changes to our compensation.

Meet Our CEO, Katherine Regnier
Katherine is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Coconut Software. In 2011, she quit her job at 3-months pregnant to solely focus on Coconut. Since then, she’s led the company through venture capital funding, strategic partnerships, and rapid growth, bringing us to where we are today. She is a founding member of Co.Labs and a passionate speaker and advocate for women in tech.
