Prior to Coconut Software, Leona worked at Influitive – a customer advocacy SaaS company – leading the enterprise Customer Success function, and before that Topia and Achievers. Leona has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University where she spent her summers interning at TD Bank in their business information, operational support, and phone channel teams. Leona has called five countries home, but currently lives in Toronto.

How do you spend your time when you’re not at work?
Well, right now it’s not solving my forever stuck rubix cube. Outside of work you’ll find me on a yoga mat, boxing, hiking, or being a semi-automated human food dispenser to my dog.
