Coconut excels at continuous improvement. Individuals, teams, and the product are all in a constant state of, thoughtful, improvement. That thoughtfulness is a key component of our company culture too. We don’t just arbitrarily push in all directions all the time, we identify the biggest problem in front of us and work on it until it’s no longer a problem.
Why should potential candidates consider joining the Coconut team?
I’m going to quote Romeo’s bio because he lives it and it’s part of what convinced me to join the Coconut team: “Winning isn’t the only thing that matters, how you win matters!” I like to win. Winning is fun. Coconut’s culture pushes us to win (and have fun), but how we do all of that really matters to us.
How do you enjoy spending your time when you’re not at work?
I’m an avid gamer. I’ve been a lifelong video gamer and have a particular fondness for all things Nintendo and Blizzard. I also love board games of all types, but I lean towards the deep strategic complexity in heavy Eurogames.
