Coconut Welcomes Susan Finley as VP, Engineering

Coconut Software is proud to have Susan Finley join our leadership team as VP, Engineering.

Susan brings over 20 years of experience building software solutions across multiple industries, including health sciences, retail, and finance. Before joining Coconut, Susan held senior engineering and technology positions at HBC, Medidata Solutions, and TD Bank.

“The leadership at Coconut blew me away. They demonstrated a genuine dedication to their employees and customers,” says Susan of her decision to join the organization. “Words like respect, safety, and recognition weren’t just buzzwords—they were demonstrably present in their actions. Sue holds an advanced diploma in Computer Engineering Technology from Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning, a Certification in PROSCI organizational change management, and is a graduate of the Problem Solving Leadership Program designed by Gerrald Weinberg.
