SASKATOON, SK and TORONTO, ON – October 19, 2021 – Coconut Software<\/a>, the leading provider of appointment scheduling and lobby management solutions for financial institutions, has announced that they\u2019ve been included in the 2021 list of Best Workplaces for Today\u2019s Youth, after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work\u00ae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This acknowledgement underscores Coconut\u2019s emphasis on people, passion and performance that has created an award-winning culture<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work-Certified\u2122 in the past year and at least 30% of their employees must fit the Millennial or younger demographics and they must have a minimum 90% positive response to the statement “I am treated fairly regardless of my age”. This determined the best organizations based on the overall Trust Index score from the youth working in the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The list is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work\u00ae. The data has a 90% confidence and a plus or minus 5% margin of error. 

Coconut Software was also recently named one of Canada\u2019s
Top Growing Companies<\/a> by the Globe and Mail, was awarded Great Places for Inclusion and Mental Wellbeing for 2021, is experimenting with a 4 day work week and is supported by a 4.8 rating on Glassdoor<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
