Isabelle has over 20 years of experience in account management and customer success at the enterprise level. After graduating from HEC Montreal with a Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics, she worked as an account manager for one of North America’s top advertising agencies.
Finding her fit in the digital space after having worked for a web development agency, Isabelle joined iPerceptions, a SaaS VoC and Analytics platform, where she built the Customer Success department and worked with the team to create an orchestrated onboarding process and customer journey.
Isabelle loves to see her colleagues and clients win and is committed to their success.

How do you enjoy spending your time when you’re not at work?
I love to travel and experience other cultures and their amazing cuisine. I also enjoy being outdoors—especially skiing, paddleboarding, hiking, and camping. If I’m home, I’m either cooking or watching football.
