Courtney originally joined the Coconut team in 2016 as one of the first Toronto-based team members.
She has spent close to 10 years working within the telecommunications industry in project management and strategic customer experience programs. She has an intimate knowledge of enterprise software implementation and transformative program initiatives. Her experience has been instrumental in the development of the customer experience team and the way we work with our customers to understand their businesses and drive success.

There is always something to do when you live and work downtown Toronto – it’s a lively city full of culture, creativity and diversity.
On any given day, you will find me at a local coffee shop, perhaps an art gallery, and lately I’ve been heading out of the city to enjoy a day hike, finding inspiration in nature for my next oil painting.
