What it is
Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise protects Coconut’s Client View, Kiosk, and Open API booking flows from spam, fraud, and automated abuse — using behavioral risk scoring rather than traditional “click the bicycles” challenges.
How it works
FIs create a Google Cloud reCAPTCHA Enterprise project, configure a site key and risk threshold in Coconut settings. Coconut validates tokens server-side. Members experience seamless booking; bots are blocked silently behind the scenes.
Best fit for
Any FI with public-facing booking pages or Open API endpoints needing protection from automated abuse.
