Kinective (formerly IMM eSign) is a core-banking connectivity and middleware platform. The Coconut partnership focuses on connecting appointment data to core banking outcomes — bridging “a meeting was booked” to “a product was sold.”
How it works
Kinective provides access to core/system-of-record data. Coconut consumes or writes back outcome, referral, and product information — enabling meeting outcome validation, product-sold tracking, and core-backed analytics. (Active partnership; phased rollout.)
