What it is
Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) provides one-way workforce sync from the FI’s Entra directory into Coconut — automated staff provisioning without manual user management. (Note: this is directory sync, not SSO. SSO is configured separately via SAML 2.0.)
How it works
Admins authenticate Coconut to their Entra instance, select groups to sync, and Coconut reconciles users approximately hourly. When an advisor is added to an Entra group, they appear in Coconut. When they leave, they’re archived automatically.
Best fit for
FIs with 50+ Coconut users who want automated provisioning tied to their Microsoft identity infrastructure.
