Microsoft Outlook
The deepest and most widely deployed integration at Coconut.
What it is
Two distinct layers sold together. First, two-way calendar sync between Coconut and Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft 365, so advisor availability in Coconut reflects their real Outlook calendar and vice versa.
Second, the Outlook Booking Add-In, a Coconut-built Office add-in that renders a Coconut appointment panel inside Outlook on the Web so staff can book without leaving their inbox.
How it works
Coconut is the source of truth. Appointments and absences created in Coconut are written into the assigned staff member’s Outlook calendar; Outlook busy blocks (Busy, Out of Office, Tentative) come back in as external absences so staff can’t be double-booked and utilization reporting stays honest.
