What it is
Coconut’s Teams integration creates unique Teams meeting links for video appointments — for Microsoft-standardized environments. Coconut generates the meeting. Teams hosts it.
How it works
When a video appointment is booked, Coconut automatically creates a Teams meeting linked to the correct staff member via Microsoft identity mapping (UPN/email). Advisors don’t manage separate video tools — their scheduled appointments include Teams links automatically.
