What it is
OneSpan is an alternative e-signature integration for Coconut Connect — same embedded signing experience as DocuSign, with a customer-managed application model preferred by some compliance teams.
How it works
Each FI creates their own OneSpan client app and enters credentials in Coconut settings. During a Connect video call, documents are presented and signed within the meeting — no post-session email or redirect required.
Best fit for
FIs already using OneSpan for e-signatures, or those whose compliance requirements prefer a customer-owned application model over a vendor-shared credential.
