What it is
Outlook integration operates on two layers: two-way calendar sync between Coconut and Microsoft Exchange/Graph keeps appointments and availability aligned; the Outlook Add-In lets staff create and manage Coconut appointments directly inside Outlook Web Access.
How it works
Coconut syncs via Microsoft EWS or Graph depending on the FI’s environment. The Outlook Add-In displays a Coconut overlay inside Outlook so advisors manage appointments without switching tools. No double-booking, no manual calendar entry.
Best fit for
FIs using Microsoft Exchange or 365 for staff email and calendar — particularly advisors who spend most of their day in Outlook.
