What it is

The delivery engine behind every SMS Coconut sends: appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, cancellations, walk-in and queue confirmations, next-in-line and check-in messages. It also handles inbound replies — “1” to check in, “2” to cancel.

How it works

Coconut’s application builds message content from Coconut templates and calls the Twilio REST API server-to-server.
