Saskatchewan, November 8, 2023 — Coconut Software today received recognition as part of the 2023 Technology Fast 50TM awards program for its rapid revenue growth, entrepreneurial spirit, and bold innovation. This win comes on the heels of a Fast 500 win in 2022, and a spot on Companies to Watch list as well as a Fast 50 win in 2021.
Celebrating its 26th anniversary, the Fast 50 program recognizes technology companies based on the highest revenue-growth percentage over the past four years. Coconut Software ranks 41st with a 411% in revenue growth from 2019 to 2022. Of all 50 winners, Coconut is the only Saskatoon-based company.
The Technology Fast 50 program winners consist of public and private companies in the technology sector that are transforming the industry. The program runs alongside the broader North American Technology Fast 500TM, with winners automatically eligible for this elite ranking.

Overall, the 2023 Technology Fast 500 companies achieved revenue growth ranging from 201% to 222,189% over the three-year time frame from 2019 to 2022, with an average growth rate of 1,934% and a median growth rate of 497%.
To qualify for the Technology Fast 50 ranking, companies must have been in business for at least four years, have a minimum revenue of $50,000 in 2019 and $5 million in 2022, be headquartered in Canada, own proprietary technology, conduct research, and development activities in Canada and invest a minimum of five percent of gross revenues in R&D.
