Melanie Scheepers Joins Coconut as SVP, People and Culture

Coconut Software would like to welcome Melanie Scheepers to its leadership team as its new Senior Vice President, People and Culture.

Melanie brings 16 years of experience in Human Resources to Coconut. Prior to joining Coconut, Melanie led HR at high-growth company Geotab and managed a team responsible for 5,000 employees at Sykes Enterprises. In 2021, she was named on the Human Resources Director (HRD) Global 100 list of the top HR leaders in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia-Pacific and the United Kingdom.

“Right away, I felt the comradery and collaborative spirit on the Coconut team and was impressed by the business offering,” says Melanie on her decision to join Coconut. “I’m thrilled to be part of a great organization that really puts its people first.”
